Each and every Trekking routes in Nepal require Trekking permit. Therefore, you must have one Trekking permit and have to pay NPR 500 if you are foreigners and NPR 50 for Nepalese.

  • Do I need to hire a porter for this trek?

Hiring a porter depends on how much things you are going to carry with you. If you are string enough to carry your things up and walk 5-6 hours then you do not need. If you think that you can’t then it would be better to hire porter with you.

  • Is guide compulsory?

I think that guide in compulsory for any trek the reason is that you may not know the trekking routes and do not know about the locality. You may lost trail if are new to this trek. Thus, Guide is compulsory in my opinion.
